Our client states and submitters work hard to get their data in top shape. We do the same for Onpoint CDM. From time to time, that means giving the tool a tune-up. This is the place to come when you want to know when Onpoint CDM will be offline for improvements, repairs, and regular maintenance.
Onpoint Health Data makes every effort to schedule down time for those times when demand is low, picking off-peak hours to make sure the system is there when you need it most. We appreciate your patience while we improve Onpoint CDM for your next visit.

Upcoming Weekend Maintenance to Implement HIPAA 5010 Changes
Please note that Onpoint CDM will be undergoing a series of scheduled maintenance periods to install processing edits required by the recent implementation of HIPAA 5010.
These maintenance windows will be staggered over the next two weekends, with each partial outage affecting only a portion of submitters. During these downtimes, all payers will still be able to log in to Onpoint CDM, encrypt their files, and submit data. File processing for the specified submitters, however, will not resume until maintenance concludes. Scheduled downtimes include:
Minnesota submitters & Vermont Medicaid submitters
Start: Friday, Jan. 27, 5:00 P.M. (Eastern)
End: Sunday, Jan. 29, 5:00 P.M. (Eastern)
Maine submitters
Start: Friday, Feb. 3, 5:00 P.M. (Eastern)
End: Sunday, Feb. 5, 5:00 P.M. (Eastern)
